Yes, yes, I know...over two weeks and no blog entry. I've been lazy, I'm sorry. Well, I've been busy too...but it's mostly laziness. My bad.

But I did want to get at least one blog entry in before the new year...fuck, the new year. Already. 2009!!! What the hell???

I can't believe it's already here. I remember the fucking millenium and now we're almost 10 years into it. My god, where the hell does the time go?

So what has been going on?

Well I had my week in Tampa and it was great. Many thanks to those who came by. That's still one of my favorite clubs to play (it's Sidesplitters by the way); great crowds, great staff...just great.

Just a sidenote, I'm watching an old 80s movie, Secret Admirer. Cheesy but so much fun to watch, brings back a lot of memories.

Just spent some time with my family and some really old friends. As much as I hate being away from LA for a long time, it makes it easier when I get to see people I love.

OK, enough cheese and enough blabbering.

Maybe this is why I haven't blogged; there's been nothing interesting to report.

Well, happy new year everyone, may 2009 bring you happiness and everything you want!

I am so fucking exhausted right now. I'm in hotel room in Dubois, PA. and I have to now drive 4 hours to Media, PA. for my 11:30 am show tomorrow.

I'm on very little sleep and I have to drive 4 hours now. Plus it's been raining and my wipers are not working...fucking joy.

This tour has been great as far as shows but some of the experiences are mind-numbingly shitty.

My body is just so tired but I know if I fall asleep now, I won't be up until late tonight and my whole schedule will be out of whack.

I had a show this morning that went really well considering it was a noon show. But I had to leave my hotel in Altoona early this morning and got to this show just barely on time.

Really sucks.

And I don't mean to be so negative now, it's just with so little sleep I'm in an exhaustion fog right now....plus the fact that I damaged my rental car and lost my digital camera...well, that doesn't help.

On a positive note, I do want to thank all of the schools that I've been performing at this past week; you guys were great and really made the treks worth it.

Well, I gotta start packing up for this drive...I swear, I am going to drink a gallon of coffee to get through this one.

Greetings from the frozen wasteland know as Erie, Pennsylvania. OK, wasteland might be a stretch, but it's still fucking cold! FUCKING COLD!!!

I'm on a college tour right now, and so far it's been a mixture of fun and fuck-uped-ness.

The fun parts are the shows that I've had (2 so far) and that my buddy Michael is touring with me.

The fucked up part is that I kinda ruined my rental car and I've lost my digital camera. Yes, only material things; both replacable, but still sucks. Really sucks.

Yesterday Michael and were looking for this place to go sleding...oh yeah, we bought a sled at Walmart...and so we were driving up this mountain to find this place called "Maple Mountain". Sounds magical, don't it? So I'm turning left onto this street and as I turn, I see this wire stretched across the road. I stop but it was too late; the wire went up the windshield, broke one of the windshield wipers off, broke the other one and scratched the windshield a bit.

Luckily my credit card will cover the damage, but it still sucks.

Then today, we found a hill to go sledding. I take out my camera to take pictures...all is good. Then Michael (after getting dizzy from sledding) throws up. So we leave.

Back at the hotel, I go to find my camera and...it's gone! Yes, the camera is gone. Not sure if it fell out of my pocket when I went sledding or what. And it's not the camera itself, but the pictures I had on it.

I'm going back tomorrow to see if it might still be there. Cross your fingers.

So I'm going to go to bed because I have to drive to the next gig tomorrow.

Night.

Ugh...I hate getting ready to travel. I'm waiting for clothes to dry and trying to figure out how to pack a weeks worth of stuff into one bag.

Tomorrow I am leaving for Rochester, NY where I start my week long college tour. I'm doing mainly Penn State schools. I'm not looking forward to the 25 degree weather up there; I'm a tropical climate Jew, that's all. I mean the Jews wandered through the desert for 40 years, not the frozen tundra...yet most of us are in New York anyway. Go figure.

But I still get to do comedy and one of my best friends (who I haven't seen in over a year) is traveling with me, check out his site: www.Blackout.com

It's been nice to be here in Florida for the past week. I got to see my family and friends, I went to the wedding of an old friend and I've been eating at one of my favorite restaurants...LaBambas Mexican Restaurant. Soooo fucking good.

Other than that I've been pretty bored.

Oh, I am getting ready to do a new sketch show with my friend Lenny in February. We're working on the sketches now and should have the cast in place within the week.

I'm really looking forward to it, it's going to be something creative for me to do...and time consuming as well.

Well, my dad just got home with food, so I'm going to gorge myself. Hope you're smiling and happy holidays to you guys.
